More on Pulling Shelflist Cards

1.      Compare the complete call number on the books with the call number on the shelflist card.  The number on the spine of the book should match the shelf list call number exactly.

2.      Compare the accession number in the book with the accession number on the shelflist card.

3.      Notice “Continued on next card” and “See next card” notes at the bottom of the shelflist card.

4.      Notice “card 2,” “card 3”, etc. in the text of the card.

5.      Please pull complete card sets.
