Look at the following examples. Take the test. Now, which of types of tests do you think is the best test of a person’s knowledge of punctuation?

A. The following sentences may contain one or more mistakes in punctuation.

If there is a mistake in punctuation, correct the mistake by inserting the required punctuation mark or marks and possibly additional letters.

 If there is no mistake, simply make a check mark at the end of the sentence.
