This course provides a study of applying the concepts and principles of natural sciences, social sciences, and mathematics in learning experiences for young children. Students will plan and prepare developmentally appropriate curriculum including activities, materials and units. Required: 10 hours of field experience. (This requirement may be waived by faculty for students who are concurrently enrolled in IECE 190 or IECE 290.) Prerequisites: IECE 101, 102, 120, 130, 140, 180, and 190. Lecture: 2 hours.
